Opinion please before I talk to a physician

I didn't think much of it a few months ago but noticed lately when I fist myself, I can feel some small lumps in my rectum.  Maybe the size of a few grains of rice for perspective.  Before I lose my mind on WebMD and think I have terminal cancer, does anyone else have similar condition or have an idea of what it could be?

Could be anything, but most likely to be nothing to worry about. However this forum isn't the place you should ask. Go to doctor soon as possible to ease your mind. But to answer your question, I have 'bits and bobs' which I feel sometimes. I highly suspect from friction/heavy play; inserting foreign objects up there is bound to bring about change. But please just checked.
