How many times to repeat a deep enema until completely clean and how many liters of water do you use?

That is exactly what I do. Except I made my own hose. Takes a while to get it all the way to the other end inside me, but it is worth it. It feels erotic as it snakes around the corners and bumps into the inside end.

with one of the 12" or so shower attachments, takes 4-6 rinses spread out over a couple hours after a good BM then its great for the rest of the evening
