Why do you play with your butt and how are your typical sessions like?

How would you guys describe your butt play routine? Why do you play? How long do they last? What are your preparations and when do you make them?

Mine typically are in the evenings after work. They really help me to relax. As you have to focus on getting a large toy inside you, I must allow myself to drop all the tension in my body. First this hobby started off as a curiosity of how much could I insert but then I realized that it allowed me to relieve stress and tension. 

Typically I start with picking a few toys out of my toy box. After that I am getting myself clean. Before I start I inject some lube inside my butt so that the insides are lubed before the insertion as the toys tend to wipe off the lube they have before entering. My sessions typically last about 30 minutes with back and fourth insertions. Sometimes I take short brakes in between to relube and just walk around.

What I enjoy about this is that larger toys help me to relax, not just anally but mentally. As a large toy finally pops in, I start bouncing on it a few times before really pounding it out.

Sometimes I sleep with a smaller plug in, especially if I am having trouble falling asleep. Somehow it helps with sleep and relaxation. I am planning to use a plug in public for longer periods but still having some practical issues like keeping the plug in and not falling out.

I get the weekends free to do things, so here's what I do.

1. I take a shower and use an enema shower head on low to flush things out. 4. When I'm done, I'll pack things up, putting filthy towels in the wash for later. Then I take a quick shower just to wash the lube off of my legs, my butt, and my balls (it's sticky).

It's relaxing and liberating at the same time, as well as feeling OH SO GOOD.
