Looking For a Story

Maybe a year ago or so i read a story about a girl in a fantasy world. Said girl is a warrior of some kind but she quits fighting as she got banned from some sort of kingdom. Its a very lewd place and everybody has some kind of body modifications. The girl decides to put a chain through her body (into the mouth and out of her ass or something like that). Well, I stopped reading at some point and forgot about the story. Now i want to finish it but i don't know where to look for it. 

I believe i found it on Literotica, but i'm not sure.

I would be very glad if anybody knows the name of the story or where to find it.
