the film is called "Love war" because:

The inner war (=problem) for every person (men, wemon) in love is: to fix your "love"-emotions to one - only one - person; this against the energie in you and against the seductions from outside (=for Mr. GTS: the other wemon). The film shows a simple solution of this problem:
You (= Mr. GTS) must be able to go out - and that you can go drinking coffee or tea: without beeing seducted or so.

This is my interpretation of the film.
