I have it! It's extremely powerful, can pull your inside out if the stroke had been long enough. Absolutely recomended.

Is it powerful.. I had a look at the nipple cylinders and it looks exactly the same... So I've bought a nipple cylinder and a pump lol... Any thoughts??

i prefer the long pump. Because my prolapse is now quite big and my prolapse fill the short pump and it block the suction whole and suction does not work.
