Using an object with an oval cross-section will nearly always allow you to use bigger objects. Unfortunately there are not all that many such produced. Square Peg makes them (and many of theirs look quite amazing) but they're often rather pricey. There may be others, of course. If you are into making your own insertables, there are a few ways to make them oval, like padding with something soft but not too compressable and covering with rubbers or similar. I can't imagine that I imagined seeing this 'film'. I that were the case, I suspect the restaurant where we ate dinner would be completely besieged by people hungering for hallucinations of such clarity.

I suspect that I've just seen the world's first mainstream cinematic fisting. To top it off, it was done on a pregnant woman, using a pussy-cam and turned into something romantic, no less. World-class kink in an ordinary movie-theater. The scene resides in the latter part of the film "The Dictator" by Sasha Baron Cohen and take a few minutes to, rather thoroughly, explore both anal and vaginal fisting, the latter of which was done partly from the inside and ended with one male and one female fist nearly elbow deep and joining hands in the pussy.
