Thanks, Twice a week, more if possible. Vacuumtime 15 minutes minimum, or no progress. And at the end as much vacuum as I can stand. A lot of ass play before and cleaning of course. I'm happy that I'm finally making some progress.

Especially the vacuumplay, when I got used to it and now can endure the suction longer it al went much faster. YES! On May 3 my little prolapse is finally born! Bigger than a golf ball smaller than a tennis ball. It took a lot off play and vacuuming. One hospital visit... oops. But I'm the proud owner off my very own prolapse. Now I want to make it grow bigger off course! I'll try and make a video this weekend, would be nice to watch it for myself too.

Succes!!! Finally got it in short after my first post. Only the vacuumcup in and a tiny vacuum is already a lot to handle. Tried to hold it in longer and longer, putting a little more vacuum time after time. Never could stand it to long, to intense, WAUW!!! But then my wife found out (she already knows a lot! But not everything). After some talking she is OK with it! Yes. Pushing it even further, I asked her to help me... okay... huh... I can't believe it. But it's true, she helped me twice with it. And she's willing to give it to me hard! I thought I could be hard on myself, but I'm not hard enough. Just had my last session alone, and before I started, I rememberd that the part entering the cup is always over sensitive to the soap that I use to lube. (At first my anus also stung and itched from the soap but got used to it.) With that new info I decided not to lube with soap, but use my ass's own natural lube for cup and ass. Hoping I can stand it better. It was difficult but I got it in allright. And it was less intense, still very good and stimulating, but in a nice controlable way. So I held it in for a little longer now. When it got to much, I started to increase vacuum steadily. Hoping for as much vacuum I could stand. Being dedicated, I'm not dissapointed. Got a very strong vacuum for a short period of time, I could feel the thugging on the inside. Decided it was enough and put some more vacuum on it in a very short period and then removed the vacuum and pulled the cup out. Mind blasting experience! I can now feel some discomfort on the left... I hope that doesn't get to bad. Otherwise no play for me tomorrow. And since I still want a prolapse the fast way, I'll keep on playing. Thanks for the tip Melvin, I apreciate it. Anyone else good info for me! Any warnings what not to do? Any answers to my other questions from experienced people?

Wanting to prolapse I searched the internet for tips often, without succes. Until I stumbled on this Little Goldmine full with fellow worshippers of the most beautifull rose of all roses, The Anal Rose. Being able to put 1,5 liter bottles in my own ass, I think I'm up for the next challenge: prolapse. I want it and I want it as soon as possible. I've already learned a few things here on this forum. For example putting the suctioncup IN the ass in stead of over the complete ass. If only I was able to put it in... already made a smaller suctioncup and smoothen it out. But still not succesfull stuffin' it in there. But I'll keep trying. Untill now I only tried to push it out, everytime I do so, I can feel inside my ass that it again has changed. These changes occured sometimes after heavy insertion play, now they are very frequent. That's why I'm confident about me reaching my goal. Ultimately I want it at least as large as dirtygardengirl, perhaps even double. This brings me to the following question: Are there any problems to be expected with having a prolapse? Everytime normal bowel movement occurs, is it to be cleaned? Does it come out also, everytime? Any tips in how to achieve my goal, fast, easy, etc.?
