I just purchased some J-Lube and was researching ways to mix it, there really isn't much. So I'm interested in other ways to mix it besides the basic way and also is it better to use a blender or by hand. So far I've found blending easier.

I have a problem I think, I can only insert something 6 to 8 inches before I hit something and there's a slight pain but mostly pressure. I normally stretch with large diameter objects but I noticed I can only go so far. Cleaning doesn't seem to help either, I think I may have fecal compaction. i have tried benzocaine that is only found in orajel or the off brand. it contains 20% and it works pretty good but only while its on your skin. I would like to find something better but there really isn't much as an over the counter i think anyways. If anyone knows of anything else that can be used I would appreciate the info.

i use the 4inch water noodle that you can get at wallmart for 2 dollars also that pom bottle works well although you can't wear it long cause there isn't a flared end.
