Hi - I just had to share it. After months of training I finally achieved a 12 inch circumference insertion right the way in and God it felt good. My arse is hanging out and so juicy. Trouble is I am solo and have no one to take photographs - I live in central/north England - any voluteers?

Hi. I am up to 27 cms circumference bottle (which is quite hard!) and am working on 29 cms circumference bottle which I can only get to 'stage 1' (inside my lips but not properly inside). I have bought various plugs dildos but it is too expensive to keep changing to a bigger size so I only use bottles.

Hi All Brand new here - and what a great site. I have been 'experimenting' for a few years with a 2 year gap having burst a vein and required an intensive care (ER) emergency operation. However I am back into it now, but alot more careful! I am up to 10.5 inches in circumference (alot easier to measure than diameter!) using bottles etc. My outer sphincter is great but my inner sphincter is tight and tries to reject insertions. Sometimes there is no problem and sometimes it wants to push out. I am sure this is a psychological problem and (having had a nasty accident) my body is protecting itself. Does anyone have any tips on relaxation techniques that I can use (my only knowledge is breathing in through my nose and out slowly through my mouth), or is there any safe substance I can use to relax my muscles? I am conscious I do not wanting to force the pace by anaesthetising my arse and run the risk of another accident. Hoping for some advice! Labiaman
