My enema techniques are a bit different. I use a bulb and I fill the bulb up until there is no air in it. I keep on filling my ass with that until I can feel pressure right below my belly button. What I was wondering more is if anyone made a lube with a muscle relaxer in it? Cyclobenzaprine (or Flexeril) compounded into a lube would probably work wonders. It would in theory relax your anus but not the rest of your muscles. But who knows, its just a theory.
