I figured I'd give this old thread a bump and utilize it instead of creating another. I've also recently had a similar situation happen to me. It'd be nice to get a someone qualified to throw down some medical jargon relating to such an injury. The colostomy bag is only temporary with a possible reversing able in a couple of months. A question I have, among others, is there a danger of a perforated bowel below the site where the colostomy was put in place? It seems that the main danger of a perforated bowel is the leakage of fecal matter into the wound and abdomen. Absent any kind of stool it would seem that the perforation poses less of a risk. So what makes a perforated bowel so dangerous...is it the wound itself or the leakage that goes into the wound? A hardcore anal exploratory enthusiast might look to a colostomy put in place high up in the large intestine to forgo ever having to clean himself/herself out on a daily basis. Imagine the anal cavity always being ready to go without ever needing any type of cleaning or enema. That prospect has me thinking of keeping the bag and having the re-connect done higher up in the intestine as it now pretty low due to the perforation in the rectum. I have other thoughts and questions regarding this matter. I apologize for the hasty post...anyone with medical background please hit me up to clarify so that light may be shed on the issue. Well unfortunately I have my own experience to add. I hope that this bump will encourage more additions to this thread to spread the awareness of what can go wrong. I'm rather experienced, and have been playing with my ass for over 10 years. This past December 2010, I was prepping to have a great ass pounding session with my toys. I always warm up a bit going from smaller to larger toys. My favorite toy to use first is the Fat Man MegaDong by tsx (http://www.bigsextoystore.com/cgi-bin/edatcat/BTSstore.cgi?user_action=detail&catalogno=TSX-1211). I was never worried about this toy because of the large balls at the end. Never in a million years would I expect that thing getting stuck in me. I was wrong. I started getting aggressive and began to ride it while it was positioned on the floor. I sat all the way down on it and began to lean back, as I've done it the past, to get maximum penetration, when I felt it slide in in an unfamiliar way. The edge opposite the ball sack had made its way into me. I immediately tried to pull it out without success. I laid on the floor and a pushed my ass out while trying to pull the on the balls to wedge it out at the same time. I did this for about 2 hours after realizing it was only going further in me in a sideways motion. It's kinda hard to explain but needless to say my attempts at it's removal were futile. It was time to suck up my pride and prepare for one the most embarrassing moments of my life...taking my self to the E.R. for a dildo removal. Two different doctors tried to pry it out, again unsuccessfully. It ended up having to be removed surgically, what they called a rectal foreign object removal. I had to put under anesthesia and everything. Ended up being in the hospital for two days. It was the largest object the doc said he had ever seen in an rectum. I silently applauded myself for that in a sick and twisted way. I felt proud while thinking that particular toy was one of my smallest! All in all the experience was embarrassing even though the staff reassured me it's not an uncommon occurrence. Anyone else have any surgical stories to share? How long did it take you to recover? I waited for about a month before playing again, I just can't help myself. But I tend to bleed much easier now as opposed to the past where I rarely bled. I'm not sure if it's permanent scar tissue or anal fissure or what. Anyone w/ medical experience have any insight? Will it ever fully heal? Please be careful, especially w/ that particular toy. SOMA doesn't relax muscles directly. Your muscles are relaxed through a more "relaxed" CNS. I've tried SOMA during a long night of stretching. I had some left over from an injury as well and the idea popped in my head. Sure enough, I liked it, like I knew I would. It did seem to get that extra stretch without an overwhelming doped out feeling. Over all it was very pleasurable. I wouldn't recommend as an every night thing or even weekly but one or twice a month will not result in ill effects. I also woke up a little sore the next day but I only get into myself a couple of times a month and tend to play hard when I do so a little soreness is usually expected.

Breaking a tail bone after serious stretching?!! Damn, that is Hardcore Serious Stretching!! I thought I had an intense session once, but a broken tail bone would take the cake anyday. I wonder if someone would be able to stretch further/wider than before after having their tail bone broken. Which brings up a thought and an evolution to this thread...anyone hear of stories of ppl having surgery specifically to allow their ass to strecth further/wider and put larger pieces of furniture or what not up their ass?

I've just started to explore the pleasures of ass play and would like to do it the cleansest way possible. What's your preffered clean routine? Does it involve enemas, laxitives, etc?
