    Long time player here. Still after more than a decade of play, have yet to reach anything more than a weak rose. I can take 3.5" diameter pretty easily now, but can't get anything to come out! I have pumped in the past (cylinder inserted), and got some fun temporary results, but nothing that seems to carry over to the next session. I got discouraged and stopped pumping after maybe 4 sessions over the course of a month. If I keep at it will I see any long term progress? I'm only able to play maybe once a week. Any suggestions for pumping methods? Long sessions with lower vacuum? Shorter sessions with more vacuum? Intervals? Any recommendations to get that prolapse to progress would be awesome!
