Have had mine for almost ten years and still trying to make it bigger. No issues. It will not go back in by itself unless I kinda stand with my ass up and head down low (gravity). Sometimes it takes a while that way. I'll have to admit I'm addicted to it, love how it feels. Only concern is I'll eventually make it enormous and if I'm 90 or something and cant easily get it back in. There is no better ejaculation than when your prolapse is hanging out imo

Pumping the prolapse is such a great feeling, if you haven't tried it you're missing out on some fun. It often puts pressure on the prostate in effect milking it. I find the penis pumps are too narrow to develop at big wide prolapse but have used them to try to gain some length. I modify hard plastic drink containers that are bigger. I never use glass out of breakage fear

I've been working on mine for almost 10 years and it's quite developed. My only concern is that I keep trying to make it bigger, at what point is too big haha.
