    I too have tried several 'monster' and 'gigantic' inflatable dildos each promising a girth of 10-15 inches in circumference. All have had the same flaw - as described above - they expand outside the body or in the rectum and don't exert enough pressure to expand the sphincter.   Disappointing. If anyone comes across a good one, I'd love to hear about it.
