I started at 12 shoving things and I got a prolapse at 16

Once i shoved a soap up my ass and it hurted so bad

Well i've been thinkng in something weird, if you used a plunger (Obviously a clean one), would it cause the same effect as if you were using a pumper, i mean, it sucks out what is in. So thats my cuestion, if you put a plunger of to your dilated hole, would you cause prolapse? Just curious,

hi guys, i've been introducing things in my ass since i was 14, now i'm 18 , i can shove things like cucumbers, not too big, i really enjoy it, i almost have prolapse, and i really want it but then i think in the consecuences, does somebody know if when im older i will have to wear diapers because i will have incontinence or problems like that :(?
