Find household objects that you can just about fit in your ass like for example I use plastic bottles. Then keep inserting them and fucking your ass until they are easy to slide in and then move up to a wider and possibly longer object and repeat over and over again until you have a hole to you're desired size , It will take a few moths but you will progress if you stretch a lot .  ;)

 

Just make sure you don't put anything stupid up there that you could loose and might get stuck or something with sharp edges or something made out of glass.
