Gynamed in Pakistan sells a copy of the Sakurai XO Speculum.  I received a price quote of $80 USD. $40 USD for freight.  Total cost $120 USD delivered to California.

Did you order one? If you do, post a pic to see how close it's replicated. The one in the pic above enables maximum exposure. I think that's the one Hotkinkyjo is using in her new set that was posted on alexthorn.xxx
