Trying to get my prolapse bigger and was wondering how often I should pump and for how long?

Remember- everyone is different. What works for one may not work for the other.

The most important is to put the tube inside your hole and not to pump asslips.
I often pump several 20' sessions at the max pressure without pain.
Good prolapse !
