What's everyone's opinion of subincisions?

Done on children (the way it was done throughout most of history in a handful of cultures) - absolutely brutal, only second to outright murder.
Done on a consenting adult - odd fetish, but hey, knock yourself out!

I'd assume risks of infections and complications would be very high though.

oh shit, I already saw that without knowing the term... now I know... anyway, personaly, just not my stuff at all due to personal taste, and also medical risk during the operation, increased susceptibility to STI, the fact that if you're in a hurry, well you can't take a piss "everywhere" (just as women can't). I can't imagine how hard would be the healing time. But hey, as Kein_Mitleid said : knock yourself out !
