Loud screaming anal fist - where is this from?

I'm a long time lurker, I haven't really had too much to post here, but I've collected some really bizarre and interesting stuff over the years (much of it thanks to this awesome group).

But I came across this vid thanks to Bing's new video search that works on XXX content - I haven't ever seen it before, don't recognize the girl. So I thought I'd bring it to the experts!

Anyone know who she is? Or where this is from? Is there a longer clip or similar stuff?

The description on the streaming link is "Loud screaming damn painful anal fist accident". I don't know what the accident is that sets her off, other than having a fist in her ass, of course.

Seems to me that she was screaming the whole time leading up to the chair falling.
