I owned one... in fact there's a pic on the RBB with me using it. I wound up getting rid of it as it sucked on my outer anal ring and not my inner meat, which is what I was aiming for.

Didn't work out for me, but it may work for others...

True. For those of us who want to achieve a prolapse, this is NOT the tube for you. If you want to puff up your outter anal ring, then it's the tube for you.

I want a hanging prolapse, therefore this expensive cylinder did NOT work for me.
