Downloading A Stream

I was just wondering how you download a streaming video from say xhamster or one of those type of sites.
Would be realy great if anyone can help.

I use DownloadHelper ([url="http://www.downloadhelper.net/"]http://www.downloadhelper.net/[/url]) on Firefox. Once installed, you just have to click the DownloadHelper icon and select the format (if several are available), and the video will be saved to your hard drive. Works flawlessly on YouTube and several porn sites, however some sites are missing.

You need to download the latest internet explorer.When you watch a streamiming vid you see left above a tab "download".
Its easy like that
