Developing to what degree?
As X will confirm, the intent is to completely destroy the sphincter muscles leaving the anus in useless state of ruin so that the only limitation to the maximum size of any insertion is the pelvic girdle.
Is this what you have in mind?

Freton & Chris are, I understand, French, so what would they being doing performing on a grotty beach in Japan?
They have only been seen in their own home whilst whilst recording some of the best extreme anal dilation clips and Chris has always had blonde hair and no pubic hair, unlike Elmer's woman who has dark hair and black pubic hair.
