question about used toys for gift or for sale

If you have a toy that is not used or used rarely, can you send this toy to somebody other for small money or free?

For example, i live in Russian province and can't buy big buttplug (over 3" diameter).

And i will be happy, if someone send me used or new buttplug. I would pay for a toy and postage costs (for example through Unistream).

Perhaps there is someone else who has a similar requirement.

One issue is safety. How do you know the person who gives the toy has no disease that will spread to you? Generally, I think such toys should not be shared, even though I am tempted sometimes.

item may be cleaned with modern or ancient methods of sterilization. largely it's a psychological problem: "used toy is dirty". Partner's arm may be dirty too. Edited November 22, 2011 by creepy
