I can't give direct advice either, but let me point you in the right direction: forget sex toy stores - cartel for selling the same worthless s**t way overpriced. Not a good selection and most of their stuff is useless. You've got two options:

[*]Local medical supplies store - they have EVERYTHING, if they don't, they order it for you. Their goods are pretty expensive but they last a lifetime.
[*]Vet supply shop (animal doctors) - they will have most of what you need; sometimes they sell the same products (not only same function but same vendor, same material, same everything) often for half the price.
