Well the first thing to do is to have an enema, you can use a shower head just by pushing it against your asshole with the water running.

I have to problem too. I cleanse myself with enemas until it's clear coming out, wait and play with a dildo (12" x 2 1/2" with suction cup; the dildo gets the stubborn enema water flowing... although it can get messy) cleanse, repeat. It usually takes between an hour and 2 hours, but afterwards I can play as deep and long and hard as I want without any doody incidents. Another perk to cleansing this deep and long is after playing I feel so clean inside. Be sure to add some salt to the water so you don't mess up your electrolytes (if you feel faint or dizzy or begin sweating, your system is taking in too much water to the blood stream and your kidneys are being taxed, also you have the risk of dehydrating).
