as far as we gathered around the net, the first 4 pics are from suzi fernandes, an alleged brazilian? woman (some say ex-woman, photoshopped trans, TV etc...) and the speculum seemed to be homemade

Its not made out of wood. Its a stock standard large as fuck speculum that has been dipped in latex or silicone,some type of rubber. I remember from the original post some time ago. Take a close look at it.

I ordered an Equine horse speculum with the three spreaders instead of two.

I have to say, it's a tad on the painful side, it's too big and unwieldy, and once you crank it up really well, you can't let it loose without a lot of effort (Which is not what you want to have to do).

I say stick to the Large human speculums, but forget the really extreme ones.
