I think it's possible. And the best candidates for doing so would be DGG or HotKinkyJo. DGG because of her capabilities of inserting huge object, however I've never seen her do anything really deep. On the other hand, HotKinkyJo have inserted allmost one meter long dildos, which have been pretty wide.

i can get my arm in to a point where it's close to the elbow; never tried dildos, but i have noticed their flexibility
