Her name is Logan,

She now does work for Jay Sin,

There's a nice scene at the end of Anal Buffet 5. (no anal fist)

I do not know that she has done any anal fisting scenes since these original "tryouts". The clips of her anal fisting are the best imo, but they are not part of any larger movie, which is a shame.
