As a US resident I think it's a more rare interest among -young- women here, but like anal last decade, it's showing up more and more in porn, so it's getting more exposure. Yep, there are plenty of American women who are into this... the "problem" (depending on one's age and opinion!) is that most of these women are much older, usually in their late 30's, 40's, and 50's.

I haven't been able to fist myself but I think it's a problem with flexibility. It's hard to get the leverage to push inwards. I have definitely taken a can of soda once or twice. What is the best position to fist yourself?

It seems to differ with each woman I've seen, some seem to have an easier time reaching around the back, while others do it more easily from the front. I think it just depends which direction your spine has an easier time bending.

The other factors will be the length of your arm versus the length of your torso, and the flexibility of your wrist. It's almost a bit of body contortion to be able to do it, but practice makes perfect.
