Server is fucked up, went down for maintenance last week, but even this week it's fucking up.

Too much traffic, probably. Getting overloaded with connections, causing a D.N.S.

Keep checking with auditor software, to see if it's working or not. If it's not working at any time for everybody on a day, chances are it won't be back, at least not for 24 hours.

There can be also other reason. They make many hard violations of DCMA and some of pay site owners can be to much angry on them.

One thing is what we do here (forbidden site listing in rules and mods team watching it) but what they do is to much. Some day they will dissapear as E`s board.

It's not that: that's merely idle threats. D.M.C.A. reports have been acted upon by administrators constantly. Actually received two bans related to posted D.M.C.A reported content on E-B.

What's happened is, probably, servers are suffering from traffic, and they're being upgraded (new servers), or upgrade is being delayed (not enough money).

And E-B is working now. When it's not working, post and visit board extreme.
