Agreed. Actually with the exception of several BD clips I am constantly disappointed with the amount of gaping and spreading the girls do. WTF is the director thinking? Yes, quite a lot of focus is put on "break time:" Lillith did this to great effect, for her anal scene: she used ATM as a rest from pounding herself, because she felt she couldn't take it for any longer.

Main issues are obviously that general size and weight of these toys, are causing these girls to treat them as "fragile objects." Basically, they're not well designed for utility: they're simply huge, without respect to putting more input into convenience. Cumbersome springs to mind.
