First of all thanks to the posters for their effort...

Well... I looked at Lys with a "professional eye" (my nick is self-explanatory) and I do not think she is a post-op transsexual unless the surgeon has made a fantastic job. Her tits are obviously fake (but this is fairly common in porno business) and who made them obviously did NOT do a fantastic job.
Her larynx is small as in biological females, and there is nothing that can be done.. hormones cannot reduce the size of a completely grown male larynx (unless Lys was castrated at puberty...). True, the outer lips are small, but the inner lips are well formed and the clitoris hood is just that of a female. Impossible to reconstruct it so perfectly...
