I spent quite a while on google looking. It's been taken off pretty much everywhere; it would not surprise me if someone has run a digital-fingerprint on the file, and then instigated a search across the various DL sites. May be worth uploading it again with some random crap edited in.

I did find something called UreEX2. It was rubbish, just a picture of a perineum, and some vaginal fingering for 5 mins, not worth the upload.
