I decided to test sharing matrix, because people are complaining about the links.

I find it impossible to download these files, for some reason.

It keeps giving me an invalid I.P. error message, after I click to "Download the file."

I've even registered an account, and I still can't download after I enter in the C.A.P.T.C.H.A, and then click "Download the file."

I keep getting this:
