Short answer: You really need to wrack that asshole rim.

A longer one: Involuntary micturition (pissing) caused by "anal stimulation" can be explained by one of the two mechanisms:

1. Mechanical pressure by an inserted object or a fist on to a bladder
2. Pudendal nerve stimulation

or both.

Urethral sphincter is controlled by a branch of pudendal nerve which passes through ischiorectal fossa - an empty (fatty) space positioned laterally from an anal canal. When you insert something very large into an anus and thrust it vigorously, you are inevitably stimulating pudendal nerve which can lead to spontaneous urethral sphincter relaxation.

It is not something you should pursue as a goal. You should be warned that the amount of stretching and thrusting needed to invoke such reflex will definitely over stress anyones anal sphincter and pelvic flour muscles, so it can't be too good health wise. I assume it should be something in a line with punch fisting (extremely dangerous) or similarly vigorous thrusting with adequately large object.

Most porn actors actually simulate this by voluntarily pissing during the action. Only a few genuine video clips of such phenomenon exist on the web, and I don't like the look of fisté's pelvic flour nor anal sphincter on neither one of them. Pelvic flour disorders and rectal prolapses are very serious medical conditions, no matter what you've heard in the community, so be careful about irreversible damages you could do to yourself or someone else.

Much safer way of anal/piss playing would be by applying gentle pressure on fisté's full bladder from the inside and letting him/her enjoy the feeling of "letting it go" slowly.

I'm nearly always pissing during a fist session,
only thru mechanical pressure to the bladder (but i have to want to piss, so
i have to relax, too), but the bladder have to be goood filled,
if it is not "filled enough" it woun't work or only with a lot of concentration
to let it flow, which then is not really stimulating...
So i'm triyng to have a good filled bladder for the fist session, i like
the pissing during fisting very very much!
And my significant other likes it, too!
