how do i get the depyh?

I have seen photos of people with dildo's 2 feet long up their arse but I can only manage about 8 inches.How do they do it?

Its takes time and practice to work at going deep. I can take a 18" double with a little work, the last 3" or so takes a bit of deep breathing and patience. Just have to go slow at it:)
