Have you ever regret your prolapse?

It took about a year for me to decide if I want to develope a prolapse or not. Because it's permanent that made me wonder if I really want to do it. I started to work with this in january 2024 and I already have quite massive prolapse (in my opinion). I haven't regret yet. Actually I'm very thrilled about it and can't waite to make my prolapse bigger and bigger. This far only down side I've noticed is the colon cleansing. For me it was always really easy cleanse myself. But now that I have prolapse I found cleansing has become more difficult. Cleansing is so frustrating and slow. I wonder if it ever change and will it become more difficult if I get bigger prolapse?

I’m in a similar position, except I’m just starting.

Ah. If I clean out at all (I’m usually pretty empty), I just use a bulb and water. I don’t the issues most people complain about with deep cleaning.

I'm hanging out about 4 inches: size of a big apple. No issues or regrets so far...

There is absolutely nothing I regret about my prolapse (~size of an orange) except not starting training sooner. I think I noticed some differences in doing enemas after being able to prolapse, but I changed my eating habits around anal sessions to ease the process. For me it means eating less times a day and eating softer foods and drinking electrolytes, since the enemas can flush those out. Also doing some exercise like running or cycling before/between enemas can really help bring out the stool from around the bend.

I would say, that having a prolapse has improved my life, I've never had constipation, uncomfortable anal sex and it makes toilet time a thrill, every day :'D
