If I "play" every day, it takes less time to clean

I've been playing every day for about a week and plan to continue. I have noticed that now when I play every day, it takes much less time to clean. Before I was only playing 1-2 times a week, a thorough cleaning (enema) took 30min to 1 hour. Now that I play every day, practically 10-15min very max 20min cleaning is plenty. 1-2 enemas and I'm completely clean. Does this work for anyone else?

Of course my goal is to develop prolapse, so I have developed a routine of my own. I will upload a picture of progress around mid December.

I noticed a similar trend when I play 2 days in a row. However, from what I've read and experienced, it can be hard on the body with too many enemas, because you flush out electrolytes and disturb healthy gut-bacteria. The worst symptoms I've had myself we're dizzyness and tiredness, probably brought on by dehydration. But if you live an otherwise healthy lifestyle, shouldn't become a problem.
