I read a little about the skene's glands, is that where women excrete white fluids from during orgasm? I thought it was from the urethra.

Well I've read that women have an organ halfway through the urethra tract that excrete a white fluid during orgasm, which contains strangely glucose, giving it a sweet taste. Not all women can excrete this fluid though. Its completely different from squirting orgasms which are either just pee or a mix of pee and this fluid.
