There's this new thing called "Search" that people can use on a forum, and someone who prefers that their videos remain as paid-content-only can use this strange new "Search" feature to look up their name on forums (and other types of websites). If they find results featuring their name they can look at the forum message (just like you and I can) and can see there's a link to a website hosting their video without their permission, and because the website doesn't have their permission, they can get the website to remove the video. If the website removes the video, people on the forum can't get it anymore and the forum message which once had a good link in it becomes useless.

So it's a matter of secrecy, it's a matter of don't enable someone to take the video away, simple as that.

Here is an example from about 2 weeks ago to clarify the matter:
In the 'PORNSTARS AND AMATEUR SEARCH and DISCUSION' section, someone was looking for a webcam girl. Another user and I have then called her 2 usernames. Then he has additionally asked for videos and I have called 2 longer videos at spankbang. Two days later someone asked again for her name?! When I was in the thread I clicked again the 2 links. The videos were deleted!

Of course, this can be a coincidence, but I rather assume that I am to blame for the fact that the videos were deleted on behalf of the cam girl (or one of her supporters). Additional for info. In the videos on spankbang was nowhere mentioned the name or other features to identify the girl.

Reporting copyright violation to a streaming site (or filesharing site) may be result in the deletion of the uploader's account (see rdevasso's thisvid account) or at worst in criminal charges.

You can act butthurt about the bit of sarcasm in my reply if you want, that's fine. It's a basic case of "act like a fool and then get mad when people think you're foolish".  The answer was common sense and you couldn't be bothered to think about the situation yourself, because if you had, you'd have realized the answer on your own. You could've just had a chuckle at the obviousness of it and moved on, but instead, you decided to attack a peaceful neighbor without provocation. How like a German to do.

(that last bit's also humor, in case anyone has trouble understanding humor)
