Wondering if anyone else noticed this too - if I plan, in the morning, that I’m going to fist myself hard that night, my ass starts preparing itself. I start getting wet and I naturally start getting rid of everything in me. I have to enema less on days I plan early that I’m going to have fun that night. Hope that makes sense. Anyone else have similar experiences?

I usually experience the opposite. if I plan playing it takes me a good 2 hours to get clean, and if i dont, it take like 10 minutes. Its got to the point that its just too much of a nuisance to do it
