This is simplified Mandarin, which they don't use in Taiwan. Not Hong Kong, since they mostly speak Cantonese over there.

From what they're claiming, she's a Chinese woman living in Bangkok, where she's available for escort services. There's a bunch of questionable stuff about medical care in Bangkok making it possible to expand her holes in an unusually fast/aggressive manner rather than carefully stretching over years, but the parts of the video that aren't censored/faked indicate someone who's in their thirties or forties and probably has similar experience to many of our favorites. I don't have the budget or language skills to investigate this much further, but I'm curious what the market for her services within China is - it looks like they're selling an expensive sort of ersatz OnlyFans service with instructions on how to get around the firewalls to pay them.

It's clearly a fake thing, Words are in chinese and video had blurr which means video is japanese.

Chinese people are masters in copy paste, they never make original content so i just do reverse image search on her profile picture which looks real and voila! it's angelbaby (ms yin yang) chinese actress. He's doing a ai deepfake on some japanese girl or maybe boy i saw the original video on twitter in past but i don't exactly remember the user.
