Just my contractually obligated reminder whenever this woman is mentioned:

Yuji is the male half, Saki is the female half. 

Yuji is like the Japanese equivalent of George, or Ben. Not a lot of female Yuji's out there. Saki, on the other hand, is a common Japanese female name. Again, not a lot of ambiguity.
