Enema side effects?

Hi, so when I go to get cleaned out, I suddenly get VERY thirsty during the enema. Is this normal? It's half a gallon if that helps.

Don't use enema it will cause side effects using repeatedly. Just water and hose that's it

@Radeonhthat's exactly what an enema is lol. Shower enema yes but its no different then a bag. At least with a bag you can make recipes that soothe your insides. However thats another topic.

 

@mcbeetus is your just using normal tap water and not saline water, this is altering your salt content/hydration level as you expel so its completely normal to be thirsty and also get hungry for some salty snacks.

take some ORS after that or electrolyte drink.
