How I Got My Prolapse - (Male Femboy, 20)

I figured that I'd share my story of how I got my prolapsed anus, as I find it to be much different from most on here. To clarify, at the moment my prolapse comes out about 2½-3 inches (around 6.5 cm).

For as long as I can remember, I've had health issues regarding my stomach. My issues first started when I was around 4 years old, and only got worse from there. Due to this, I spent a great amount of time on the toilet. Combine this with being weak and malnourished due to the fact that I couldn't keep any food down without vomiting it back up, and I was a mess.

I'm not exactly sure when, but it must have been when I was very young because I don't remember, but at some point, likely due to the immense straining of spending hours of my day on the toilet and vomiting as I did so, it's my assumption that due to the pressure of going to the bathroom and vomiting contantly that at one point my anus prolapsed due to the contstant straining. I didn't notice at the time, as I was always able to control my prolapse and was always able to get it back inside.

For years, up until I was around 14 years old, I thought that everybody's body acted in the same way as mine. Once I found out that prolapsing wasn't normal due to health classes in school, I started to worry. I had been living with a prolapse for as long as I could remember, and it had never had any lasting health issues on me. I considered telling my family, but was too afraid of getting surgery (plus we likely couldn't afford to get a surgery done). I felt disgusted by my body, even more so than I had due to being extremely underweight. I began to do some research on the topic, and when I first started to masturbate and watch porn, I discovered the world of extreme anal play, where I found that prolapsing was a fetish.

I felt like I had finally found my tribe; a place where I could be loved for who I am.

Nowadays, I fully embrace my prolapsed anus. I'm proud have it, even if I didn't ask for it. It's safe, as I am able to control when I want my prolapse out and in my body, so I don't see any reason to change who I am. I have gotten addicted to extreme anal play, and have never been happier.

Your stomach problems could be due to a defective pancreas. It releases enzymes to aid in digestion and can result in intestinal cramps, constipation one week and diarrhea the next. There is a test for it, but it seems it's just not investigated much because a bad diet can do the same things. If that is what it is you may be in luck and just need a medication that gives you the enzymes you need. And the best part of all, you get to keep a delightful prolapse to enjoy.
