I'm not sure what people are talking about, maybe things getting lost in translation? There are no scars and there's nothing wrong with her ass. Her hole doesn't look as well used or prolapsing as it was before, but she's had over a year off from porn and clearly didn't spend it wrecking her ass (unfortunately) - looks like it's just gone back to relatively normal. Personally I think she looks great, maybe a tiny bit more weight on the hips and ass but still a smoking hot body.

How do i get these to play?  I hit play then ad starts, if you hit skip ad it redirects to new website, doesn't seem to play through ad.

I use uBlocker Origin on my browsers, tbh i didn't notice the site had ads
