I remember reading somewhere that some people can control their ass hole muscle such that they can

sit in a tub of water and suck in water and blow is back out again. There is a term for this type of activity.

There isn't a term for it but Google - sucking air up rectum technique - I have done it but its not easy (for me) I knew a lad in my school years who could do it at will and used to fart constantly during lessons haha

I think you are referring to the yoga discipline of vati or shushka Basti. A type of body cleansing. But the move can be used for getting what’s called a anal massage. 
 

Plain and simple squat in a river and pull in with your gut and pushout with your gut.

I wish I could do this that easy! Currently I can do this in doggy and even on the toilet, ass has to be spread apart. Anyone have a video like the OP?
