Wearing an anal plug 3 or 5 days a week for 20 minutes makes a difference than not using it?

For those of us who don't play often, would using a butt plug for just 20 minutes 3 or 5 days a week help?

maybe. i tend to play with a smaller plug in the shower every few days for 30 mins or so, but to get the bigger toys in, I generally have to play around the hour mark

Since for playing properly with the buttplugs and to stretch your ass you should be clean and we all know that can take time i would say its more realistic play less times a week but longer.

I was personally trying both ways and i advanced the most when i was having long play sessions and pushing my hole to the max. Not to forget to mention i was giving my hole min 2-3 days break after each paly.
